P.E. & HEALTH

Students should be getting some physical activity every day for at least 30 minutes. I suggest starting your day with some exercise to get some of the extra energy out so that you're ready to learn. Remember to take lots of brain breaks and movement breaks when doing your school work so that you don't get frustrated or overwhelmed.
